Food Processing & Quality Research Group
Our research group is mainly focussing on food processing technology and quality analysis. We are always looking for curious and dynamic bachelor, masters and Ph.D. students. Prospective students should contact the group leader. We have the well-equipped state-to-the-art laboratory having different dryers (spray dryer, tray dryer, microwave), extraction units, different grinders, chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC, GC/MS), UV-spectrophotometer, viscometer, DSC, Rancimat, atomic absorption spectrometer.
